Sausage Hauliers

When I was a small children, I used to occasionally see sausage-branded trucks (Mathessons etc - other brands are available).

I always imagined that each truck would have a (gas probably) hob installed inside the cab, upon which there would be a frying pan. The drivers would have free access to as many sausages as they could consume - at practically any point - during their journey. A not inconsiderable perk of the job. 8-)

I subsequently discovered this was not true. :(

Should I sue sausage manufacturers (as a singular or a collective genre), or the Beano for regularly featuring dogs stealing and running away from places (often the butchers) with unfeasably long chains of link sausages? :?

I see the covid travel restrictions haven't affected the Scottish supply runs of psychotropic drugs then...

Nick Harvey was a close friend of mine at school

Incredibly talented and likeable chap

I taught him how to do the worm (a move he'll break out now and again, even now)

😎. Out of respect I shall not attempt to sue him.

Yet.
