SQ7 idle (ish)

No idea how they rev, but the idle and “just above idle” rumble sounds feckin epic. Very impressive for a (V8) diesel.

I appear to have fallen for the same trick. I've seen one fairly regularly recently and thought it sounded great, was wondering how they got a diesel to rev like that

This is one of the weirder new car trends. Not only are they playing fake sounds via the interior speakers to fool the driver but now doing it through exterior speakers to fool the public who don’t really give a shit

The previous shape SQ5 and A6 BiTDi could both be ordered with something similar, making their V6 diesels sound like V8s. I like it, really effective.
