Kinda knew the conclusion before even starting it, but a still a good read.
Question is though does the GT3 RS' "harder work to go slower" frustrate as often as it rewards?
Contrasted with "Will the Senna get you thrown in a cell while having less fun?"
GT3 sans wing for me.

Interesting write up. I must have missed any notice that you were getting an RS.
I do like this summary statement “The Porsche 911 GT3 RS will remind an average driver that they are exactly that” -

- would interested to understand how much of that statement is driven by the manual box? (Not all I assume, but maybe PDK would “half” (or whatever) the validity of that comment(?).

Had the GT3 RS for about 5 years now. As its been in Montana most of that time, its gotten a bit less focus/use.
On the "average driver", its a combination of old school manual and where the weight sit slung off the rear axle. It has a twitchiness to it that mid engine cars just dont.

Googling cognitive load from a manual transmission there's a few research papers.
Curiosity killed today's productivity etc.
So a not insignificant extra task added from a manual box.
