Interesting post from a Wayne Dempsey near the top of the comments on the provinence and possible repair on the car (and the seatbelt mounting point seemingly failing!)

The owner is also threatening to sue to get the video taken down

On the basis that evidence of it being crashed devalues the car ? I'd argue that's precisely why the video needs to stay up, in the interest of future owners.

The alternative argument could be that there was loads he could have done about that...

Such as going a bit faster to get some heat in the tyres before giving it max boost.
