New Star Wars content?

Has anyone watched the Anime/Manga Star Wars stories? They are the first SW content I have been anything but excited about.
I am not a fan of Pokemon but I did watch a Japanese animation with a robot that turned out to be a kill bot but was chums with a lass which was good.
Any critiques welcomed.
