A decent quote so thought I’d give them a try on their online policy.

All great apart from....

I can’t see to check my policy details....
I can’t add on my proof of no claims....
The chat bit is comically useless....
The “Email me” of art takes up to 48 hours....
You can’t cancel online as that needs access to exactly what you can’t access....

In 21 years of buying car insurance for multiple cars, this is by far the worst.

Is this their 'online only' policy?

If so I had the best quote for them for my wife but checked the online reviews and as they were terrible I avoided it like the plague.

I should have aswell, I thought Aviva, very good it’s a proper insurance company.
