Don't worry. You're just going through the menopause. See your doctor and get on HRT.
3am "too hot" is pretty much every day for me. I get out of bed, read for an hour to cool down then can go back to sleep.

But sod's law it's always nice weather for the first week back at school.

There were about six warm days of "summer" this year?

Genuine question - why is getting up and reading for an hour more effective than just kicking off the covers?

True mid life crisis.

@mik usually when I wake up it's 100% awake! and I'll struggle to get straight back to sleep. Also I like the mattress to have cooled off too. Then I can hope back under the nice weighted blanket and proceed to reheat until dawn.

My car is less of a fibber than yours - says 30.

Doesn't feel quite that hot but it can't be far off it

Holy god the weather was unpleasant today. Taking public transport was, if anything, marginally more unpleasant although this was tempered to some extent by the dress code of some of the younger passengers.

Just had that for the last two

But yeah, it never just seems to be ‘nice’ it’s either shite or too blazing hot to want to do anything outside.

I guess we’ve been lucky compared to Europe which actually went from one extreme of heatwaves and forest fires to flash flooding and back to heatwaves.

Winter or summer it's the humidity that knackers it; if the weather's decent it doesn't much matter if there's a + or - in front of the temperature.

The ISle of Wight was lovely on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Bridgnorth was lovely before and today.

Do people want 22 degrees and over or under means your day is ruined ?

Dave!

Just got back from a night mountain bike ride - perfect clear night - though it was down to about 2° by the end which was starting to feel a bit chilly in the fingers and toes.
