Love the royal family, they do shed loads of work considering they really don’t need to if they don’t have to.

Lots of charities are given extra cash because of their involvement, they host lots of functions in the summer at the palace in aid of various things and support people in need.

Yes they have a lot of land but if it was sold of, what would happen to it ?

Dave!

It would be bought by Saudi's as they're the only ones who could afford it.

This is part of the problem. You never know what the next Monarch will do, but the current one has done a decent job of preserving Cornish countryside and where they have developed (where there is genuine need and with carefully considered locations) it the end product tends to be much better than any private developer offering in the same area.

The other is that the 'general' public still haven't evolved enough to cope with a true democracy!

Nowt yet. My verdict is revealing that Kate is pretty poorly to try and dent the rumours swirling about her absence.

My verdict is it was some gobshite on twitter making something up for clout, who can then plausibly deny after the fact that they decided not to announce anything.

My guess is that she’s moved back to her home town where she’ll fall in love with a small bakery owner (who doesn’t know she’s a princess) and he’ll remind her of the true meaning of Christmas.

This is all getting a bit much and taking up too much tabloid space. I reckon they’ll intoxicate her driver and send her down towards the Hindhead tunnel in a supercharged XJL with the rear airbags deactivated because the car had her child seats in the day before. There will be an unfortunate diesel spill just before the entrance.
You can imagine the rest.

They bring out Kate Middleton to prove she is fine but it is in fact Cake Middleton, a scarily accurate replica made of victoria sponge.

The source for "announcement coming" seems to be twitter rumours, I can't see anything truly solid.
Ladbrookes are offering 10,000-1 on the big news being the queen returning.

Locals outraged at A3 closure, fuming they've done it at the same time as the Wisley Interchange works.

Absolutely sweet FA. Social media was awash with news that a BBC was on standby for a major announcment and all kinds of other stuff. Ah well.

Question - why is no one saying Hysterectomy ??

It’s pretty clear that’s what she had and would explain the public absence.
