There was a serial killer called Wang Qiang and tbh I don’t blame him with a name like that.

Our middle-eastern airline customer has some cracking names. Today I was dealing with someone whose middle name is Shlomo. Call took ages

Usually that's a nickname for Solomon. Never heard it as a given name before.

It's not rude or funny, it's just a heck of a name - "Sunflower Montague".

Over the years, I've worked with:
Frank Santoro (surely a pornstar in his spare time)
Honey Arneja
Ashley Montana (I thought 'stripper', but no, male in the HR dept)
Aurora Champagne

When I used to work in HR I managed to find an old HR file from an archive which was named Germe, Fanny (first name).

I recently noticed one of our airline customers had a warning from the staff import feed because their surname was 52 characters long, and our db is limited to 50. That's on top of a multiple word firstname too. Pretty wild for a pilot.
Obvs can't post it here as I'd get the sack but it amused us.
"Today our first officer is jklasd fkjlhafuioh uhfjahldjh uaeafbhdjk hfaleh foiuewhahef jd sakjhouyfe jaegfbdkfyaugfuy bjhasgfuy e" oh, we've arrived.

With the proliferation in double-barrelled names when people get married, it can't be that long before two children with such names marry and take a quadruple-barrelled surname. 50 characters is going to seem very limited.
