It was removed rather than relocated - Jan/Feb 2016 I believe.
Still confusing after renaming because it refers to the little side road which comes out there; but the junction is really the end of Norman Road as shown on the sign on the opposite side. So erecting the original name board may have been a deliberately antagonistic act when the name board should really have been further back where it joined Norman Road - see the formal layout here: https://www.findmystreet.co.uk/map?usrn=2701199
