I know.
Given me some of the biggest driving thrills ever, but I use the Elise more often. I thought I was hardcore, but I guess I'm just not that hardcore.

My pelvis touching the 1/2” box section chassis in my mates 620R and the feeling of vulnerability on the road and track mean caterham is no from me.
Even the S1 is tiny, but I would trust it in an accident way more..

I usually trot out the 'better protection in a crash than a motorbike' argument at this point. It's closer to a motorbike in spirit than almost all other cars, Elise isn't really the same kind of car being so much heavier.
