Brief spaceship meeting

Met up with another CG today - all too briefly before the best day of the week became a shower became rain became a thunderstorm. Arse.
I was never a huge fan of the CX when they were current - mainly cos the SD1 Vitesse existed. Just look at the difference in those cornering shots....

Over the years they - and some other quirky French shizzle - have grown on me. And this one has been very well looked after.
It’s not often the Evora looks too tall... looking forward to going for a wee spin in this next time when the weather doesn’t ruin things.

I saw this car in the carpark at waitrose this afternoon. It looked a bit tatty tbh, but quite a sight nonetheless

It’s no garage queen for sure. But when cars reach 29yrs I guess they become a constant work in progress. It was in for paint last week, and is going for more next week. (This was one of the things I wanted to ask him about didn’t get the time).

Well, looked after because it existed and presumably has an mot, tatty because there was something odd about the alignment of the grill and bumper/numberplate lines and the front left wing/bumper looked a little dented, although that doesn’t show at all in these photos oddly.

Super cool Citreon. I never really gave them much attention as a kid, other than owning a couple in Majorette form. Now I think they're wonderful things and I can't explain why. Would love a Safari, converted with Tesla running gear.

Not sure I've seen those photos before Swerv. Both are awesome obvs. Still fancy a C6, are they under £2k yet
