Any ideas what this is?!
Appears and then disappears at random times. Type of fungi? Google draws a blank.

ETA: I didn't spot the black bits - are those part of them? Not just plant stamens which have fallen off?

It looks like a pleated ink cap type of shroom to me. They pop out the ground quickly, then dissolve in less than an hour. Touch the black bit and see if it leaves an inky residue.
