Our youngest seems to finally be over his fussy eating. When discussing it with people and trying to find a magic cure, one thing was mentioned about Baked Beans. A friends son would wolf them down but not much else, their doctor said that if he was to only eat 1 food then baked beans are one of the best as they have a lot of the things your body needs to operate.

Not as good I’m afraid.
Not as much flavour as Branston; cheap though, 4 cans for £1. I’ll add Worcestershire sauce and/or corned beef next time to liven it up.
