Think you need to host vids elsewhere (YouTube, insta, imgur or wotevah) and past link here.

@scotta some of the still shots of the plane-spotters (seen elsewhere, but some of them are in that Twitter thread too) are particularly disturbing. If he had been so equipped - I am sure one of them could have reached out with some sipped and coloured in at least one letter from the tyre text….

Just put it on twitter, we're all on there!

I was expecting a video taken out of the windscreen of your plane!

We don’t tend to fly that low along the Hudson unless our name is Sully!

Another day, another Chinook; https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=43c5f9
It seemed to be a very busy for helicopters generally though; not sure if there actually were more about, or if I just noticed them more

Re: Flightradar24 fans
I'm guessing that's the Chinook that went almost straight over our house. What a waste.
Edit: looking at the track, that's not the one.

Yes, can’t be the same one because Nuttinnew’s didn’t go to Manston or Dover. Who knew they were ministerial transport now, though?
Re: Flightradar24 fans
I wasn’t sure where to post this but here seems good enough.
Today I climbed into a Vulcan cockpit, extremely claustrophobic and very cosy for the five crew members of which only two had ejection seats. The rest had to open the door in the floor and make their own way out.
This particular Vulcan is at Newark and is in great condition to say it lives outside and is in the process of having a repaint. The engines aren’t run but it does have full electrical and hydraulic power.
I didn’t take a photo of the whole aircraft as it’s partially hidden behind scaffolding for the repaint but I’m sure you all know what one looks like

Re: Flightradar24 fans
We've got a bit of a Vulcan in Gloucester. The rest rusted away but the cockpit is open to the public.
