Woke up after another 7.5 hour sleep feeling good.
Bit of a sloppy turd this morning and it wasn’t very big at all. I used to go 3 times a day.
Not hungry at all but I may be bunged up, I don’t know.
Made 600g of beef and pork meatballs I’ll eat when I get hungry.
19 stone 9lb

I didn’t fancy any beef today so had some bacon, some lardons and 10 eggs in total.
Still feel fine, slept 8 hours again last night and don’t feel hungry at all.
Worryingly, I’ve not had a pooh, this is unheard of so I expect I’m about to explode.

Are you not starting to miss other flavours? Would you have a curry, or chilli con carne to make it a bit more interesting than plain meat?

Definitely, I really miss my BBQ sauces etc but they all have either sugar or veg, fruit in etc. So it’s just plain meat cooked in butter, if you get a nice char on it though that adds a lot of flavour.

Yes but poo feels rude whereas pooh seems more acceptable. I don’t know why as I’ll happily write fuck

I predict that I shall call it Pooh as when I finally go I shall weigh it and give it a name.

Yesterday morning I had a big cheese omelette. I’ve now just cooked my first bit of food since then as I’m hungry again.
I don’t crave sugar, bread, carbs etc and my energy levels are absolutely rock solid, no feeling tired and then full of beans, just stable all the time.
Sleep is great.
But, I think I have a rock I’m trying to give birth too, I don’t feel bloated or full at all but I’ve not been for 3 days, I have some lactolose so hope that gets rid of it. It’s a definite downside and will stop me doing it if I can’t get it under control.
Today is day 8 so I’m holding if that hurdle is overcome I see more benefits soon.
Plus I’m now 19st 7lb.

You should have gone to have a cholesterol test as a baseline, they're only about £15 at Lloyds Pharmacy. Get a baseline, then test again towards the end. I know you've said it "low" but I'd have been interested to see if changed over the duration.
Also, this does seem a bit of an extreme going full meaty
I assumed you were just increasing the intake, not going full Carny.

It’s really odd, I thought I’d feel bloated and heavy but I just don’t. I feel like I’ve hardly eaten anything but I’ve still got lots of energy.
My cholesterol was 160 I believe, I’ll find my medical card tomorrow to check. I have another medical in May so can compare with 2 years ago.
Adding loads of salt is hard to do but you get used to it, when I didn’t I got headaches and I’m drinking loads of water and full fat milk.
If I could use sauces this would be perfect
