I fuckin love Pavement. May have got a bit accidentally pished at last gig, jumped about like a loon in teh mosh pit and emerged like someone who’d spent some time in a river. Loved it.

I love Pavement but I love Stephen Malkmus and The Jicks more. The Silver Jews are also amazing.

You’re OK with The Beautiful South, Quench is one of my favourite albums evar, but double Alanis ? That’s just bad luck.

You’re OK with The Beautiful South, Quench is one of my favourite albums evar, but double Alanis ? That’s just bad luck.
TBS on are awesome, Solid Bronze as the name of a best of album still makes me laugh. Lure of the Sea is a cracking tune. Also, saw them at T in the park in the late 90s and they were by some margin the best act of the weekend. Everyone was absolutely bouncing.
