Actually, I don't take the meds when off work as there's not really a lot for me to focus on other than Homes Under The Hammer.

So, after seemingly being not-a-cunt for a while, it turns out that the B-I-L has in fact carried on being a cunt and now it’s coming home to roost, but not for him because as usual he just strolls through life without any consequences for his actions. I’ll try to explain the usual complicated scenario.

He has his own flat that he owns. He acquired a girlfriend last year and she wanted to move in with him but he had a female flat mate that the new gf didn’t like. Instead of kicking out the flat mate, they decided to rent another place. My M-I-L happened to have a place she was looking for a tenant for. If you remember the last instalment of this tale, you may recall that we know the B-I-L was basically living in his mum’s house, while she was living in Greece, and moving into her flat when she was back in the U.K. all without her knowledge or permission.

Anyway, despite everyone telling her not to be stupid, she agreed to let him rent her flat with the new gf. Ok, we all said, make sure you do it properly with a tenancy agreement, which she didn’t because she’s fucking INSANE.

Anyway, they lived there for “3 months” (probably more like 5) and moved out, back to his own flat.

The M-I-L is back from Greece for a visit so she was going through post, plus dealing with her flat (which has a new tenant). It turns out her son didn’t bother paying any of the bills so she’s come back to threats from collections agencies for £200 for water, £600 for gas and electric and £750 council tax. Apparently it’s “not his problem”. Oh, and for the 3 months that he agreed to stay there for at £500 per month, he’s paid a total of £900.

What. A. Cunt.

Hopefully she's keeping tabs on all this and when it comes to divvying up her assets there'll be a long list of deductions, your wife's half and a note that whatever was left of his half has been donated to a charity.
