While the bloke falling asleep while being arrested was funny, you see some proper alcoholics who know they have destroyed their lives and can't help it here.
I'd seen a different version, not as good or complete as that one

This vid reminded me that - as a youngling - I had an evening job as a “van boy” for a mobile shop. Perilous vehicles - they carried about 2 tonnes of glass drinks bottles before you’d added anything else). Vehicle was either driven by the owner (boring AF) or the “Driver”. My shift was invariably more amusing with the latter (even though I worked with several “drivers”), and if I ate a mars bar or a packet of crisps whilst on-shift, they didn’t dock it from my pay…..
One of them used to do a “brakes failed!” routine, which involved using his right foot to pump the clutch. If you’re looking closely it’s obvious, but the first time he did it I pooped my pantaloons and braced for impact (not helped much by the fact that whilst the driver had a seat and seatbelt, the van boy made do with a bottle crate place on its end, and holding onto the downward-pointing long plastic speaker cone for the chimes).

if that's brought back memories of "I poppppeed iiiiit" from a slightly dirty sounding bloke, then yes, PhotonicInduction is still alive and based on a recent community post, it sounds like he's trying to get back into the swing of things.
