How much was it?
Re the AZ-1; I'd been looking at Keis to suggest to _andy, cheaper ones than that though! (I'll post something in a bit).

There was a time when I'd have loved on of these. But not so much now - I had a 3dr and even for their time they were the flimsiest of cars. You'd probably come worse in an accident with a cyclist!
Didn't stop me achieving an indicated 110mph in mine tho

I suspect the speedo had a large margin of error.

So they took the worst part of a RX8 and threw away the rest!

2 of my mates were killed in one in a head on collision with a MK2 Fiesta, the Fiesta driver walked away, the AX was unrecognisable. I worked for a Citroen dealer at the time and refused to drive them.

Yep my mate rolled one avoiding someone pulling out in front of him on a dual carriageway and was thrown out through the sunroof. The car was 2ft tall when it has stopped rolling.
He would have undoubtedly been killed had he not been ejected.

I drove an AX GT once. I had considered buying one until I drove it. It had no substance and with my driving style/ability at the time, one would have met ones maker
I declined and walked away.

I don't know if these comments make it better or worse than expected

Love these. The way the rear looks like it barely contains the engine has a very F40 vibe to it. Here's one from the spotted thread:
They're dreaming on the price but
this is very cool:

Second thought, I think I would get frustrated on B-Roads as it’s a bit underpowered for overtaking.
Still would make a very cool station car though.
JonMad not sure if you’d fit unless driving with the door open

Sure I've seen that before, not in real life though. Listing ended - do you know how much it was up for?

Would have been a laugh at a couple of grand, but I wouldn't pay £12k for a 306 gti in a far uglier body with a supercharger
