Yeah it’s the fast gas containers. They pump it into a balloon then inhale it, hugely popular party drug for the last 15 years and for some reason loads of people think it’s okay to do it then drive.

Seen loads of people driving down the a66 (50mph) at 30 whilst doing one, then fly past everyone at a tonne once they’ve finished
