Single sided swing arm, no need for silly adjusters.
My KTM was similarly frustrating with the chain adjustment FWIW, the preferred slack was 7mm! Any more and it slapped like a bitch, and it too ran up close to the swing arm. That's big twins innit. One of the many reasons I got fed up with the SMT.
By contrast, I rarely have to adjust the Fazer chain, maybe once between tyre changes

The other annoyance is the auto headlight. At this time of year it flicks between DRLs and the headlight constantly on the evening commute home, which annoys me and must definitely annoy other road users. Can't you just leave the headlight on? If the bike is on, the headlight is on and leave it at that. More people see you coming the better etc.

All modern bikes have the lights on permanently with no switch. It’s just that the KTM has DRLs that it uses a sensor to switch between that and the normal headlight. Being seen isn’t an issue.
No, because I don’t want the headlight permanently on, otherwise I’d just do that in the settings. I just don’t want it constantly cycling between the 2 lights at dusk when it’s overcast.

I can remember a conversation with a cab driver in Sharm El Sheikh while driving through the night on sidelights. He didn't want to use his battery up

Because in the daytime the DRLs are more noticeable, almost as if they're Lights designed to be Running in the Daytime
EDIT: what I'd ideally want is a simple switch so I can override the lights whenever I want, like you have in a car, rather than having the setting hidden in a sub-menu that's inaccesible on the move.

Can someone tell me how to stop timing my laps? I've no idea how it started and I can't stop it, and the user manual is very confusing!!
