Can't comment on reliability but they are definitely rot boxes!

What would you do with it? You already have a 4x4...
Dunno. Just seemed like fun, and I've got some time off work soon.

...(that is arguably more interesting than a Cayenne).
And better looking IMO. There's something odd about the front of the early Cayenne.

Yeah, but having a Porsche to tow your Porsche to trackdays would be pretty cool...
Yes, especially a matching Porsche ! Same colour & (near enough) same era.
That's a nifty website. Ta !
i spent ages on there when I found it!

Get it bought! It'll be useful over the coming weeks.

Still cheap!
Would be tempted as a tinker toy if I had a trailer, and more space

Finished at £1200. Too rich for my blood when you can't even drive it to check what else is wrong with it.
And I know it's unlikely to ever be useful, but you're welcome to borrow my trailer any time if you need one.

I was more thinking it'd make an excellent large estate with the rear passenger doors. That or a camper conversion.

Re the Fiesta "Ford cars are soaring in value" Really? and "Just reduced to £12995" but the ad is now £9995. In other words, we can't get shot of it.

Yeah you know it’s a good investment when the dealer reduces the price

That engine is garbage tbh. There’s plenty of choice for swaps though.
Would be a good base for a Cummins swap Rev

.
I like the Granada. I remember seeing a mk2 Granada lowrider in Street Machine when I was a kid and it’s always stuck in mind as something I’d want to do.
Metal flake, hydraulics, Daytons. The whole deal.

Junk yard iron LS 5.3 and eBay turbo would be my choice and some banded steels on the back.

Aye, that would make more sense. My mate and I have got a thing for a Cummins in a big car just now after seeing the recent Roadkill with the Gran Torino
A hot Pontiac 400 to keep it periodish would be fun but then your looking at a lot more money.

I’ve seen 5.3s going for $300 on Craigslist and just a cam swap for $250 gets them up to ~400hp. I just need to find a cheap way of shipping one, and something suitable to stick it in.

Aye, my mate bought one to put in his new off road buggy.
Was over a couple of weeks ago to give him a hand pulling the Rover V8 out and getting it ready to put in.
