I've not seen this before - a drone holding a Claymore. That can do some serious damage.

No damage was sustained according the Russians, and they managed to divert the drone attack on this landing ship...
There's just a very fat man on board

Ukraine just used a couple of hundred grand of ordnance to make large chunks of the Black Sea a very risky prospect for Russian shipping.
Because no-one will reasonably know who, in this not insignificant area, is a potential target now that they've proved they've got the capability to render ships functionally inoperable.
That's incredibly efficient use of resources.
They don't even have to sink ships. Just show that they can strike at will and prevent the ship from reaching its destination.
I'm guessing this much liquid in a marine engine room is considered a bad thing?

Russia tried to send a probe to the moon. It didn't work, I guess the washing machine ICs on there aren't hardened for radiation outside of the atmosphere.
I expect the ground defences shot out the windows, and, he fell out.

The plane has been promoted to a digger, based on the hole it made in the ground.

If you ask Russian media they’ll tell you the plane is only slightly damaged

Was speaking to a colleague originally from Russia the other day. They've just been back to visit, and people are fully bought into the government propaganda, they said. No other media available, so people believe it.

To coin the phrase, "We are lucky they are so fucking stupid"
If you are devoid of clicky, in short, during the drone attack on the Pskov airfield, they called the public emergency response number up...
I heard some explosions in town, is something up?
"Yes, there's an aircraft on fire at the airfield".
Oh, so it hit the aircraft?
"....yes..?"
"Oh, right, cool. Is it just the one? or any others?"
"Just the one"
....OK, we'll correct fire and hit the others. Just correcting now...
..right, thanks very much for helping with our fire correction. Slava Ukraini."
Low key up there with "go fuck yourself russian warship" in terms of the absolute balls required to try it
"Well, we've got the drones, but we can't get eyes on them after they hit, so how do we find out if it worked?"
"....I mean, we could just call them?"
"....that'll never work..."
*three minutes later*
"Well shit"

And now Russia is protecting its planes by.... errr.... putting a load of tyres on the wings ??

They've not had a GoodYear so far.

If it works, it works
Circles might disrupt the target algorithms, might be bouncy enough that the drone doesn't detonate?

I’m not sure there’s any evidence that it works.
OTOH, there’s a wealth of evidence that tyres burn extremely well….

Even if it works to stop explosive bomblets, surely they’ll just swap tactic and use incendiary devices instead? And as you say they burn nicely and are also are difficult to extinguish, so a nice helping hand on the way to destruction
