For teh ftao of the @Beany ; obvs you'll already be well aware but maybe you should have winter tyres first instead of this rubber;
Obvs.2 you plan is "oh noe, I cannae get oot - I'll have to occupy myself indoors".
If I wanted a borderline illiterate plastic horror with the intellectual capacity of a Roomba, I'd hang around Wetherspoons at kicking out time on a Friday night!

An image that would have required significant activity back in the day (1994), that (pesky) kids today would immediately assume was computahjenerated and wouldn't bat an eyelid at.

To be fair, the lighting on the car doesn't match the stack so it could have been generated by cutting pictures out of a newspaper...
Was real though:

I always liked those, never got round to getting one though. I think Nightfire Red was the colour I saw most in.
I'd've liked to've been the bod in the car in the ad, what an experience

When I was in the sixth form, my GF’s Dad had a K reg 216 SLI. It seemed ‘nippy’ at the time.

Friends of mine have had a few 200s; one had a new 214 SEi in British Racing Green as a company car which in his hands was nippy. He even managed to spin it. Another had a 220GTI a few years later; fairly well used but seemed pretty solid and reliable. They had a lovely airy feel with the low window line and dash, and the Roverisation of the Honda architecture with the wood and leather worked very well. Definitely the car that really kept Rover up there. Basically a Honda of course.

I don't want an Urus, but if I ever have another puncture - I want this dude to repair it.
