Yesterday I said it would go up from 1050 ish it is now 1125. You could sell and bank profits. Or wait for it to go down and cry on here in a sad pathetic manner noone really cares about.![]()
I suspect it's more burying your head in the sand watching the value of what you've bought plummet whilst declaring "it's not lost until you sell!"
You can prove us wrong easily enough.

hold on for dear life.Jobbo wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 6:07 pm It's not an acronym, is it? I thought it was just 'hold' mistyped by someone because they're frothing over crypto.
It definitely came from crypto though, you’re right. It was originally a misspelling which people have reverse engineered. I still like reading it as somebody thick in a hurry telling people what to do with their ‘investment’; feels onomatopoeic.Rich B wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 6:23 pmhold on for dear life.Jobbo wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 6:07 pm It's not an acronym, is it? Essentially they need everyone to hold onto their crypto and not sell so the pyramid can keep growing.
Yes lost a fortune.Rich B wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 4:54 pmbecause you've lost so much money?Broccers wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 3:14 pmI'm ignoring you Rich, tiresome.Rich B wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 1:43 pm if it's that easy, are you putting your money where your mouth is? yes, it's volatile by design (hence it doesn't work as a currency) so of course you can make or lose money quickly. You can make or lose money flipping a coin too.Broccers wrote: Sat Nov 12, 2022 1:17 am What I still find weird on this subject are people only interested in others losing funds. As I allured to, you can trade and make/lose in hours.
I'm still confident it'll go up.
I think Broccers and Dave are the ones who are invested in crypto. Rich and SJ seem like the voices of reason.tim wrote: Sat Nov 12, 2022 7:53 am You seem very invested in this Rich. Anyway lets hope Broccers hasn't got all his coin in FTX.
I just want to see some evidence of Broccers crypto trading acumen, he's telling others to buy so it would be interesting to see how much he's made to recommend it to others.tim wrote: Sat Nov 12, 2022 7:53 am You seem very invested in this Rich.
