That's not public transport!

But they have clear rules on their website - so no excuse really.

Why? They publish a time table and the trains run to that time table the same as any other rail network. You can just turn up and buy a ticket.

holy shit, I don't think we're the first to discuss whether heritage railways are public or private transport!
Read this and decide who's right (if you can be bothered! - the definition bit goes into it!) I'm happy either way!

There was an Elf in each carriage and they did hee-haw to push mask wearing. Too busy trying to force us to clap and sing

Sadly not pushing the Elf & Safety message.

IMO, if you're sharing the carriages with other members of the public then public transport, if you've chartered it for your own groups use then private transport.

Nigh-on a million confirmed cases in the last week. Got to think that herd immunity is the only option. Let's hope so, rather than more bloody lockdowns.

He'd done one the previous evening and was clear, left mine and went to Rugby training where he did one and was positive.

I spent 2 hours in the car with 2 people who tested postive for covid the following day - it's been 5 days and I've been clear all that time.
It's mainly because covid isn't real and the LFT's are just randomly giving postive results to people, like scratch cards. That's what Twitter said.

Between back-filling vacant on-call emergency shifts due to isolation and staffing the vaccine hub, we're doing about a third of our usual elective work. I hope this is over soon.

Iβm in Bangladesh, itβs like being surrounded by Virus soup.
We have a dedicated driver but people at the station can mix with anyone they like. The hotel is a good one but still, very little mask wearing or hand washing.
Have done 2 tests in the last week, plus a PCR test before leaving and all clear.
If I donβt get it from here then Iβm officially a super human and will wear a Lycra suit to show my clearly superior immune system.
Dave!

So we're a few weeks after Xmas and everyone didn't die. Must be the jabs or something
Fingers crossed now testing costs people money cases disappear as if by magic.
Mask wearing can do one too.
