Amazon? WTF? It was a Netflix original.

Can't say it makes sense to me.

Six month wait.

I was pretty disappointed, picked up fantastically while there was a reappearance from Season1 but that was it's only saving grace IMO.
Enjoying season 5 Agents of Shield.
Yeah unsure about Jessica Jones so far, it's a bit all over the place.
I've been catching up with S4 of Agents of Shield because people kept going on about S5. It's not been great but the characters are still fun so I can stick with it.

Westworld is rollicking along, isn't it? Not as many twists as the first season, but they are certainly not holding back on the pace this year.
I thought the battle was ended a bit unconvincingly this week, but overall, still the best SF on TV right now. (Expanse isn't on in the UK yet as discussed above)

Cheeky bit of White Stripes in the opening scene on that last episode

Fuck it the Expanse is looking for a new home, fingers crossed.
Totally unrelated I quite enjoy watching
Horrible Histories, with the kids, wish they'd made history that much fun when I was at school. Seeing Yara Greyjoy being more evil than usual is fun too.

Not recent but I've just started watching Californication again for probably the fourth time.
Evil Genius on Netflix is showing promise too.

Someone should stop SyFy from....just existing.
Fingers crossed Netflix will pick it up, they seem to have a good history with scifi stuff and don't appear to be shy at throwing money at good properties.

Superstition
Feels like a discount American Gods, and definitely not up there in terms of writing or production values. Improves once it stops taking itself seriously and gets a bit more camp towards the end of the season.
There's definitely some fun to be had there and it has it's moments, but strictly for fans of supernatural/occult stuff - if you're a normie it'll just be plain weird.
Six black cats out of Ten.

FFS. Why are only the good programmes cancelled early?
Any news on a new series of Killjoys? Not as good as the Expanse, but good fun.

I'm hoping a certain major plot device has been
finally introduced (having read the books) as it's about damned time it showed up!
I think Amos might be on the money with "What The Fuck Is THAT"

Seriously, Ep6 was out-of-this-world levels of awesome. Slight spoilier:
"I am that guy" - you knew it was coming, but it was awesome. As was Amos's face when Prax says "He's my best friend"

This week’s Westworld had a great slow burn payoff that my missus and I had been discussing since S1. Brilliant episode.
Legion was great too.

I'm finding Legion a bit tiresome. Overly arty and pretentious. It is very well shot, but looks more like a film school arty production rather than a believable sci fi/comic based series.
Westworld is awesomely awesome. Unlike other shows that started off promisingly (Lost) I am reasonably confident Jonathan Nolan has got a grand plan and overall story arc laid out.

Thankfully, it's been about a year since I devoured the books so I don't get the (spoiler tagged) reference, but I'm looking forward to watching this.
Edit: After reading a quick summary, I'm now
very much looking forward to this....
