This debacle has been going on for 3+ years already and they are still another three years from having a functional manufacturing facility.TVR is poised to finally move into its new factory near Cardiff in the coming months...
The building is understood to require around 18 months' worth of fit-out work...
...but TVR said it will begin producing cars in the meantime.
