Teskey Brothers / Yusuf were perfect for a sunday afternoon - amazing musicianship and vocals
I was quite a Teskey Brothers fan. Been to a number of their shows down here. But earlier in the year they unceremoniously dropped their drummer and bass player, the recording and arranging chops of the band and founding members since they were all snotty teenagers at high school. Apparently the two brothers Sam and Josh had their Mrs getting in their ear about how the two guys were the real talent... Always hard to know what's actually true, but I do know the drummer and bassist were treated like shit. Both decent chaps too from what I can tell, I speak to the drummer on and off. I'm not a fan of that kinda bullshit.
QOTSA being a high point don't surprise me - they don't really do bad shows. Their music has a lot of guts and drive to it and they're generally tight AF as a band, John Theodore is a fucking monster on the drums. Josh is a great front man too.

Am I being dim, or does anyone know of a good place to download just the audio from Fatboy Slim’s 2023 Glastonbury set?

Rather uninspiring line up this year - not Worthy (See what I did there

) of a separate thread.
I'm sure there will be highlights from in and around the stages - there always is - so I'll still be tuning in.
What's the bet it ends up being the best one evah!!!

Yeah, the lineup isn't particularly interesting. One of my guys is there all week - he's working (for 3 shifts).

Who is headlining this year? It is Coldplay yet again? Dadstonbury.

I'm hoping Bob Vylan gets on the telly, I'd like to see his set.
I'll probably watch Janelle Monae too, but there's not much else grabbing my interest

'His' - is that a typo for Dylan or are you referring to the duo?

The latter, It hadn't occurred to me it was a band name. I just assumed it was the singer's stage name.
Either way, they're pretty much my favourite band at the moment.

Nothing jumping out at me from the lineup, but will check out the Beeb and hopefully find a new band or two I like and hadn't heard-of.

Yeah - same. In fact, the only set I'd probably seek out is Orbital, and possibly Sleaford Mods. And given it's 30 years since Orbital's headlining set, which was the first year it was live on the BBC and possibly the year that saved the festival - I'm rather surprised* they haven't been given a much bigger billing.
*not really surprised at all given the way it's headed in recent years.

Have you heard idles Swerv?
Similar vibe to Sleaford Mods, they’re playing early on Saturday iirc.
