Remember in Dave's case, the axel stands are to protect the underside of the car from damage if it drops on him... :lol:

That occured to me too, but although I did once have access to my dad's arc welder - I gave it to Flewy.

Could probably make up a set at 250mm, 325mm, and 400mm that would probably cover almost every job. :(
