Re: Your fleet running reports
I'm off work now, but still waiting for my NHS volunteer registration to get processed - I submitted it last Thursday. I guess they've got a backlog. A good thing in a way.

Which one do you like more? Are they manual or DSG/auto?

That’s rather a lot of miles in three yearsMcSwede wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2020 8:32 pm I've applied for a mileage extension on the M140i. It's currently down for 3yrs and total of 82,500 miles. As it stands currently it'll be just over 100k when it goes back at 3yrs. I don't want it to go back early as our car list is now dull as fuck rather than the old "get what you want" version.
Hopefully it gets signed off![]()

Good stuff scotta
Sounds like a ‘nearly’ car compared to Golf R, which to me is a modern day mini R35 GTR (having not driven either).
Nice GTE in your background picture. I’ve only ever seen one; at a track day at Donington. If I won the Euromillion I would track down the owner of the ‘one of one liquid gold’ GTE, and make an offer he can’t refuse.

Doing so many miles in something with so much useable performance has been a real hoot and I'm only half way through my time with it. Cant wait for the rest. A blast up North is definitely overdue and this period of inactivity is making me desperate to get up the West Coast and Highlands again when this shit show is over. Especially as I've got a nice new set of Goodyear F1SS on it.Coaster1 wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2020 9:55 pmThat’s rather a lot of miles in three yearsMcSwede wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2020 8:32 pm I've applied for a mileage extension on the M140i. Mito Man that tyre wear looks a lot like "too much" toe in, although the toe can be within spec so a garage won't help unless you ask for a custom alignment. Manufacturers often set extremely conservative toe angles which add stability but will tear out the inside edge of a tyre (front or rear) quite quickly.

Coaster1 Do you mean the full carbon fibre one that was built for Kimi Raikkonen?Coaster1 wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2020 12:44 am Good stuff @scotta

Re: Your fleet running reports
GTE's are all LHD, plus for me the kit looks a bit too....after-markety for me, like Mansory have had a go at it. Prefer the factory setup.
Re: Your fleet running reports
It is the Mansory kit, my favourite was the narrowbody Evora with Mansory style front end, only a handful made, even better in "lightweight" specMatty wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2020 11:10 am GTE's are all LHD, plus for me the kit looks a bit too....after-markety for me, like Mansory have had a go at it.
