That's half true. You can drive up and down your own drive on the phone even if the postman or visitors occasionally walk up there. There's a world of difference (legally) between somewhere intended to be used by the public, such as a supermarket car park, and a private house or office with grounds.

This was sold in November 22 and it doesn't look like the house he's filmed some videos in in the past - no garages, for example.
That is the track it was filmed on. End of the lane is his new registered address. Probably only me who cares about this.

Since his name is Jonathan Smith, hardly the rarest of names, he's quite hard to find on Companies House. Still, good work to him for making his registered office address his business premises now, to keep stalkers away from his home

Because I have access to the Land Registry, I can confirm that this is entirely private land. I don't think Jonny is committing any offence; people can drive up there but it's not as public as somewhere private that people are invited to drive like a car park.
