The problem is more about the fact they don't steer.

Do the rear's steer on that G63 6x6 ??

Don’t think so, which means it will scrub too - but at least the rear axles on that look “as close as they could be” which should help.

And if the eBay thing is advertised as a 6x6 it means they all drive - but that wasn’t my concern as Harry states.

Advert says it's "currently 4x6"

But your point still stands Mik - wheel scrub's probably chewing the tyres to shreds.

I did somewhere but it doesn't look like it's ever sold, a bit like the Lorrari.

I was watching but I held back. I’ve got one of those already and I’ve been burnt before with the old “was working when removed” line meaning there’s something proper fked with it.

OTOH, if it does work there’s an instant few hundred quid profit in it.

I follow Rev's place in Reading now, they regularly have interesting stuff and it seems to sell cheaply. This caught my eye today, not for the car, but the fact it states "high miles" in the title. How high is high enough that a dealer thinks it's worth drawing attention to ?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/274124479185

324,820 miles in just under four years :-o

Looks in pretty good nick too. Just knock 300,000 miles off it and stick it on Facebook Marketplace

They had a cheap mito with a noisy driveshaft the other week. Was tempted to turn up with a driveshaft, bung it on and drive it home. It had some nice bits I would have swapped with mine then sold it on.

That's an average of 228 miles a day (date first registered 08/01/16) if it has been driven until today.

Almost certainly an Uber/private hire car.
