Quoted for facts.

I can't stand green either. Especially Mat Armstrong's rebuilt Lamborghini. Just no

I’ve said before that I’d have a 993 turbo over a 959.

Think it looks great in green though.

Saw that F40 on insta the other day. It’s a beauty.

Although, having googled it again - it works on a S160, so i’m willing to retract my previous statement!

Googling it made me realise there are at least three high-vis greens which Lotus used - Scandal, Krypton and Isotope. But it was the S1 Elise which I was thinking of, yes.

Didn’t really understand the green car thing 20 years ago when everyone seemed to want an oak green mk2 GTi.

Some cars look good in green, but I’m not sure there’s any car I’d choose in it given a free choice.

There seems to be a bit of a fashion for having expensive cars painted in old man colours at the moment. Sometimes they look ok, most of the time keeping it an original or period correct colour would have been better.

I loved my old fabia in the rally green- it didn’t have black wheels though, I think that’s the thing with green cars, if you add all the black stuff it doesn’t look as right

The 959's exterior isn't liked? This is an interior thread

As a Porsche fanboy, I think the 959 is sensational inside and out!

I just dropped off my Elise to a local specialist for a once over, he had a pair of S1 Esprit’s in - one black, one orange. a little googling of orange Esprit's brought up this little gem of a Jobbo interior:

If it wasn't for the orange that would be pretty classy I reckon.

The 70s was peak for car interior design tbh.

It’s been a downhill slide through dull and functional to ugly and broken since.
