If coke isn’t your drink, don’t have it at home say but you have a glass every now and again...

Like my missus, like my mate who only has a coke when in the pub... which is a rarity for him etc.

I hate diet and zero versions, they taste like horrible chemical packed imitations of something pretending to be coke. I'd rather drink something completely different.

I used to absolutely hate Diet Coke - I don’t know whether they’ve changed it or I’ve changed, but now I think it’s ok.

The nutritional (of which there isn’t any) info on the bottle is fairly dumb though - apparently a 500ml bottle is 2 servings...

I think the calibration for servings was undertaken by a family of anorexic ants. Same people who put weight ratings and how many people they assume that to be on lifts.

2 servings probably with an eye on not breaching your RDA of phenylalanine?
