There used to be a South West Trains guard called Gary Numan. He looked like Gary Numan (punky black hair, lots of jewellery). I don't think it was *that* Gary Numan.

Nope (& I see it’s now sold out). But I’ll be driving past morning and evening for an Autosolo just up the road at Finmere.

Looks good! I might stick it in the diary. Not been to these sorts of things before but presumably I ought to give the Boxster a bit of a polish beforehand.

Bump on this.

Long term weather forecast looking good so I will likely be going.

If there’s a group of OV9 and you guys are coming from the M3, you can stop by south of Winchester and I’ll meet you there?

Does look good but its a bit of a trek from South East London - Google maps shows 2.5hrs so would be a 5 hour round trip excluding any bank holiday traffic shenanigans.

Yeah, bit of a trek for most.

Not bank holiday that weekend, but Goodwood Breakfast Club Supercar Sunday takes place on the same day, so from previous experience the roads in Hampshire will be pretty busy.

About an hour and a half from me, as long as the traffic isn't horrific. I'll come along :)

Did you go?

Great turnout yesterday including loads of older stuff.

It’s a 997 with bodykit, not sure if there’s any engine swap as I didn’t hear it running. It’s very well done.

Tiptronic though 👎

Oof Avenutura on that 992 8-) I like that it seems to be a popular colour on them.

Saw my first one in the flesh yesterday though. It was in Crayon which didn't help but I still really don't like the rear end treatment. I think the rest of it looks epic though.

I really like the rear of the 992 now - The rear arches seem really low and extra wide and the rear windows with the classic D shape seem rwally low. Way more exotic looking than previous generations to me.

I no longer like the front of the 992, specifically the horizontal slats. It looks too average and toned down compared to the rear but I know it’s because they’ve left like that on purpose so they can put the goodies on the hotter versions.
