Correct.

When you then go to your photo library and select an image - don't click "Add" - click ""Show Selected" at the bottom of the screen".
Then change the size to "small"

I don't get that option. If I go to my gallery I just get to tick what I want to upload and then all I can press is "Done" which takes me to the file too big message.

No it's not in use, it's now part of the management company co-owned by the residents (weighbridge barn isn't included). The weighbridge barn does have a curtilage on it that its supposed to be used by farmers only (separate issue. Next door neighbour owns that barn)

If this is using "attachments" and then "add files" then I'm the same as Duncs (managed to get it working on mobile by adding Firefox). As soon as I tap on the image in my library it just adds it to the post.

Weird - this is what I see (iOS 16.6). See “show selected” at bottom of screen once an image has been “ticked”

(Through this I have realised it doesn’t work with screen shots - I had to put this image in Imgur)

I thought that was a "trick" bot check thing - "select all the images with butter in them"

Good point, I’d not noticed that it didn’t work with any of the screenshots that I already posted. Or this one. Weird !!

10/10 letter

British people are so uniquely petty over such trivial matters, particularly parking but also bonfires, dog shit, missing bins, etc. It's hilarious!

Small matters always seem to turn into a life and death type problem

I suppose that's the result of a population who've had a pretty easy ride and not faced much adversity.

And if you use the “place inline” option it doesn’t have the white border. And will be presented inline. Obvs.
