Just caught up with this. Nice to see I’ve been doing it right with cheese for all this time and cutting off the furry bits
Once again congrats on getting the gig

The enthusiasm is real, Gavster is 90% like this IRL, there was only a tiny bit of "extra" for the camera. You have to play up to the camera a little bit.
I am mostly chuffed to see desert camo trousers are "in" again with the London fashionista youth (Gavster is three years younger than me and a
lot more stylish). I started wearing them about 25 years ago and they've been my staple ever since. I'm wearing some right now. Everything comes back into fashion if you wait long enough

I guess that there being very little difference in TikTok gavster vs tv gavster shows this too. I’m just disappointed they introduced him as “gavin wren food content creator” and not “gavster from ov9”

There is a highly appropriate religion for this:

Interesting article, might be a good start point for a
@Gavster video, comparing products price matched between retailers. Apologies if you’ve already done it and I’ve missed it

Thanks, yeah I saw this and was considering making a video about it, however I'm off to Italy again on Weds morning so not got time to pull it together. Does give a seed of an idea for a bigger YouTube video tho comparing across even more retailers.

Thanks bro! Got two TV shows lined up for pre-christmas now, one about how to store food and another about Christmas food in supermarkets. Filming both next week so dead excited!
PS - while TV sounds cool, it's easily the lowest paid work I do

but it's fun working with a proper production and being on telly

I shall look out for them as I did never get it recorded and My5 doesn’t like me.

Have you received your pay for the first one yet?

The first production company paid the bill fairly promptly. It's charities, universities and the NHS whose payment procedures take literally months.
