Finally some decent snow in Norfolk and it does delight me that the kids are jumping out of bed early on a Saturday to throw snowballs.

I'd join them but somebody has to make pancakes.

Thank fvck I decided not to work today!

A tiny sprinkling overnight here, first of the season. This is all we managed though.

Yes, it does, but slipping on slush and screaming in agony as you wrench your back is a bad look generally.

Looks like the snow is fucking off a bit so hopefully it'll be back to normal for next week.

Think I'll be walking to and from work, then using the car to go shopping. Fuck carrying shopping up the hill, 5000 uphill steps is all the exercise I'm going for, I've got my limits.

So Bridgnorth has been hammered by the rain again.

The road between Telford and Bridgnorth by the river has flooded, a good 0.5m deep.

The road to where I’m staying near Chelmarsh is flooded, I drove through it last night as I was confident it wasn’t too deep for the air intake but this morning I went down a gravel path instead, I’m not so brave in daylight

The caravan park on the Kidderminster to Bridgnorth road is also completely flooded, poor buggers have been badly hit twice in a year!!

First snow in our part of south London for several years today!

Driving to the supermarket was interesting - the answer to today’s episode of ‘will it drift - smart for four’ was Oh Yeah! RWD FTW!

First snow here in several years too. Quite glad I did car stuff yesterday rather than putting it off until today.

Suffice to say I walked in today.

We have snow falling and a weather warning in place until tomorrow 10am I think. With any luck it will stick around so we can drag the sleds out.

A couple of inches here but temperature up to eight degrees tomorrow so should soon be gone.

Nothing over in Bridgnorth, it’s pretty wet too so unless it’s an absolute curtain of snow I can’t see anything sticking sadly. I was enjoying handbrake turning into my parking space each morning.

Not driven in snow for a couple of years now

Was hoping for a little bit at some point to justify fitting winter tyres

No snow here either. Been one of the wetter winters that I can remember.

Very light snow here, chaos in other parts of North Yorkshire apparently,

Snow hasn't moved much so far, fingers crossed it fucks off tonight. Still haven't refitted that fucking door card and doing it in six inches of snow sounds shit

Gloucester is clear and sunny and a refreshing 10 degrees.

Still plenty of snow on the hills around Bingley - 2 or 3 inches - ground temperate is above freezing so slowly turning to slush, no problem for my all season tyres, but no delivery vans getting up our street (main road is gritted/clear).
