Maybe @Broccers has bought some land and Gucci swag for his virtual self as this all seems crypto related?
Its very odd isn't it. Still, could well be normal for the next generation.

It’s just second life with VR. It’s not the future.

Also, I enjoyed this more than I reasonably should have.

One of the miklets just sent me this - learning songs phonetically is fine when you don’t know the language, yeah? It’s a rabbit hole - he has several vids.

I learned yesterday that if your property (freehold or leasehold) is subject to a restrictive covenant prohibiting you from keeping animals, that is not enforceable if you want to keep hens or rabbits. That is by virtue of s12 of the Allotments Act 1950: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/Ge ... section/12
Since it specifies hens, not chickens, it presumably excludes cockerels. And it cannot be for business purposes. Avian flu restrictions currently would also trump this, though they don't prevent you actually keeping hens, just regulate how you do so in order to prevent the spread of flu.

@Jobbo well that definitely aligns with the thread title. I declare this rule to be Duck-ist.

Does not extend to Scotland, Mik, so do check before you start a hen and rabbit colony in the garden.

Just had a nightmare image of @mik creating some kind of hybrid of the two. Henbit? Raben? A feathered, jumping, floppy eared, beaked monstrosity.

Fantastic fact... I'm gonna steal that for my twitter, thanks!

The 5ninthavenueproject is a collection of what we'd now call vlogs filmed by an NYC artist on a camcorder back in the eighties. Really fascinating footage of the city and people
