Sack off the remaining toxic elements in the team (Marko and Jos...which means accepting losing Max too) then reboot the team as a healthy environment that doesn't favour one driver - the cars are built to suit both, at least until they're in a place to fight for championships again.

Get some great young talented drivers and accept the struggle for the next 2-3 years but aim to be back on top by 2028.

But Marko, the Verstappens etc are the half that probably forced out Horner so can't see them going anywhere.

That was almost as boring as the year the race was cancelled after heavy rain. Hopefully the race will be better.

Quali for both races was more exciting, just like old times

Early in the race there was an onboard with Verstappen when he was chasing LeClerc...the engine note of Verstappen's Honda engine flat out at the end of the Kemmel straight actually reminded me of my washing machine going 1200RPM on the spin cycle.

Yep, pretty dull. Shame it didn’t rain again half way through to spice it up a bit!

Looks like on pure pace it’s going to be Oscar’s title unless Norris can turn it up a bit for the rest of the season.

Good to see McLaren roll the dice with Lando's strategy, and it paid off.

Nice to see Alonso get 5th and Borteleto in 6th. Overall a bad race for Verstappen and Hamilton.

I think just the battle between the McLaren's seems to keep races interesting, hopefully it continues to the last race of the season.

Leclerc just dropped off a cliff. I couldn't quite work out what the radio chatter was about. In the post race he said he misunderstood the issue and it was actually a chassis issue, which smelled a bit of being briefed to steer the media away from what the real issue was... feels like Ferrari are managing some fundamental issues to me, there's pace in the car but they seem so inconsistent and have all this extreme lift and coast etc. Possibly doing some funky stuff to allow it to run low maybe?

The last Legends race supporting the BTCC today was superb.

Russell reached that conclusion on Leclerc - supposedly when Leclerc pitted the tyres were increased in PSI to reduce plank wear, and he was going relatively slowly at the end of straights again. Guessing the new Ferrari rear suspension didn't work as planned.

Hope over the break someone can mentally lift Lewis, quite sad seeing him as a broken man
