Reminds me of our journey back from Suffolk. Not sure I've been on the M6 toll since mini-Merv arrived. Anyway, obviously did the obbligatory emergency departure from toll booth, to cried of "WTF are you doing you idiot" from the passenger seat. Me: "Educating my son, derrr"

I have got an M6 Toll tag now. It is disappointing not to need to come to a halt so I can't do a standing start. Mind you, bloody electric cars have made that less fun anyway since it's the one time the drivers seem to use all the performance.

Why wait politely, when you can deploy your 400 horses to spank it up the inside and get ahead of the dawdlers.

Is of course correct (258 horses here though ). However, in some situations where that options has already been blocked off, you can't go wrong with a bit of "I'm coming across regardless you cunt so you'd better leave that gap well alone" road positioning.

Usually works much better to be fair when you're driving an older car that hasn't been washed in a while.

In my Audi I would indicate, then in the cloud of confusion of the cars around me, I would be able to find a suitable gap
