I need to get a video of our cat Parsnip - she catches stuff mid-air, very nonchalantly. My wife first realised her skill when she threw an empty paracetamol foil sheet thing a few feet into the bin and Parsnip grabbed it before it landed.

We're 100% of the way - we throw things for her, she catches them or collects them from the other side of the room (can't make it too easy by always throwing them in her direction) and she brings them back to be thrown again. Mad cat

I'm kinda amazed that I followed almost all of that. Given that I've never spoken to someone who is clearly Local Irish I guess this comes from growing up in the far, far north of scotland and being used to consonants and vowels being similarly fluid in conversation
