This is quite interesting, but mainly a Health & Safety horror show that should remind everyone how lucky we are to live (and work) in a 1st world country.

I've briefly seen the ones with them refurbishing various heavy machinery parts in similar conditions. Wearing sandals and robes whilst pouring molten metal must focus the mind somewhat. And squinting whilst welding must keep them up at night.
