He basically buys (finds from house and business clearances) and sells cool antiques (Quirky stuff and high end designers - usually seen in fashionable homes and fashion shoots).
its been going about 10 years, so he’s gone from “Very humble non-famous person showing the world what he can do” to “good business man and very media savvy minor celebrity who really knows his stuff and has Libertys in London selling his finds”.
That comes across a bit arrogant if you haven’t seen the rise to that point I guess!

I don't mind it as a series, it's about cars after all, but I wanted to punch him hard in the face for choosing completely the wrong years livery for the integrale the wrapped which looked shite

Kidding staring Jim Carey is well worth a watch. It’s reasonably straight acting from Carey which I always find sucks me in. There’s 10 half hour episodes, which is a nice length for the series. He plays a beloved and super famous kids TV actor, who is struggling in the real world.
Deffo watch it

There’s a new series starting tonight on Sky One by Sky called Curfew. “ The people compete for freedom in the worlds deadliest street race . Full throttle sky original production with Sean Bean, Adrian Lester and Billy Zane .” Apparently it’s a race from London to Scotland in a future apocalyptic world. Sounds interesting, at least!

I thought it was really good. If it's so cringey you can barely watch he's obviously doing it right. Favourite parts were the miked up hand washing and the story about his grandad

It felt like a mashup of various other Partridge things; KMKY, The Day Today etc. Some good bits but it's generally Partridge by numbers. So still great overall, but not worthy of the 5-star review the Guardian gave it.

Toilet without using hands routine for me. I bet he's had that stored up for years!

Still decent but a few of the shows I've been watching for years need to killed off now. Nathan, look away now - these are popular shows that you will hate by default:
Modern Family - every episode is a misunderstanding / predicament / resolution / hugs tea and medals.
Big Bang Theory - all the sad geeks we laughed at are married now apart from the Indian one.
Suits - Lewis has a shouty fit, sees the errors of his ways, apologises. And repeat next week. Harvey / Donna - no-one cares. New characters - zero fucks given.
Time for NEW shows, please.

Thanks Nathan but I'll just go on living my life eh. Forgive me for not holding you up as a beacon of happiness for me to follow so won't take your preferences or lack thereof too seriously

I used to really enjoy a series called 'Ed' when I was in school. Not sure if it will pass the test of time.

I watched Warren that was on before Partridge and then Cunk On Britain straight after. I’m assuming Warren is there to make Partridge seem even funnier? I can see no other purpose for it. Partridge was great, but Cunk was the funniest (I think this is a repeat?)

I've finally got round to finishing The Punisher. It all resolved nicely and I'm sad that there won't be a 3rd series. I'll have to go back and catch up on Daredevil and Luke Cage next.
