Ad has expired - think maybe he got a bit too much interest.

Reported as sold on his actual website, so someone got a bargain it seems.

That's Jr. - I'm not fully aware of what's what but I thought Jr. had distanced himself and was considered ok? I've probably got it the wrong way round
There was some IG feeds about him being a bit of a dick. Then again, it could have been his brother, Carl

It's been a while.

Now that.
Is a bold colour scheme.

‘bold’ is not how you spell shit.

I don't hate it...but I also don't like it. Very few cars can pull off two tone.

Or any musical genre for that matter!

Inspired by McLaren and Peugeot Sport?
I'm undecided from those pics but it does look like it's been thought about and carried through the details. Has potential for a Jobbo interior

It’s the GT4 colour scheme apparently. I don’t love it.

I think it looks awful. Might pull it off with some sponsor decals and race numbers, but on a road car it looks rather naff.

As I posted on another thread, the limited edition Emira has launched today. Although it's not just one version, it's numerous - all inspired by different era/model Lotus racing cars:
https://www.lotuscars.com/en-GB/emira/limited
Look closer and you'll notice the JPS cars aren't black with gold wheels but actually dark grey. That's a bit crap. And all of them seem to be existing paint colours with a few stickers, and some nasty blue bits on the Type 99T.

None of those are doing much for me.

If it wasn't for the width issue I would be tempted...

Gosh its not like lotus to bring out a load of special editions!?
99% of the time when customers ask me what the difference between X & Y model of elise or exige is, my answer is 'Stickers'.

Keeping the gold leaf edition for the run out models.

They must just be unsold cars that they're sticking some vinyl on to try to shift? They're normal factory colours and don't even have any special wheels or unique trim. There's nothing limited edition about them.

Usually they have a new paint colour though - these are pretty cynical. Or desperate

IMO they are too wide. From memory 120mm wider than my Cayman, which I never think of as small.
