Wow, I had no idea the BBC made available old Radio Active episodes.

The audacity of selling such a car.
I mean, an orange interior.

I saw that M3 on the Dodgy Cars Facebook page. Shocking, but they’ve had approved used Audis and Mercs on there before too. Do your due diligence, people, even if you’re going to a main dealer. It’s not just back street garages in Birmingham and Bradford selling these repaired, unrecorded cars.

Very much this. Especially if you're after a fast Golf. There's apparently a near endless supply of those that have been crashed and/or stripped and/or clocked before being put back together and sold on without any record of the damage.

A lot of which is due to insurers who pay out a total loss but don’t record the Cat marker - conveniently getting more money for the salvage.

Great

On a lesser scale we went to look at a car at a Vauxhall dealer yesterday, as soon I we pulled up I pointed out to that the rear door was a different shade to the front, on closer inspection the rear wing didn’t match the bumper and the petrol cap was wonky. It wasn’t hard to see it had been hit in the rear quarter and badly repaired. They tried to fob us of with, “there’s nothing on HPi”. umm, and?
