How many bosses has Ferrari had since Todt left? In the same period Merc have just had Wolff and RB have had Whinger Spice.

Seems a bit harsh to me. They had a decent car and a good chance of pushing RB this year. It was the tacticians, yet again, that fucked them. I know the buck stops with the guy at the top, but when you've had the same issue for so long maybe it's time to look elsewhere and try to fix that issue rather than just find a new TP.

But it’s the Team Principal’s job to address weak parts of the team and improve them.
Binotto has stood by his strategists for the last few years and not made the required changes so he’s not blameless.

I'm not saying he's blameless, but if the same problem keeps persisting then adopting the same approach of just firing the TP isn't going to sort the issue is it?

But if he's not addressing the issue he's got to go. Otherwise you'll dilute the accountability if someone else steps in and makes the decision for him.

I think Binotto had the disadvantage of being too nice and also spending his whole life in Ferrari. He wasn't going to go firing his mates and colleagues which he spent forever working with because of a few blunders.
Before that they had Arrivabene who was a joke, Marlboro VP and mate of Marchionne who really shouldn't have been team principal. Ironically Binotto was running the engine side of things so would have known and authorised the cheat engine which ended up screwing Ferrari under his tenure as team principal. Wonder if that contributed to him protecting everyone so much. Didn't want his secrets to escape.

More P34 awesomeness. Upper bodywork removed so the driver is visible - and probably so they can mount the camera rig. don’t fancy that much.

Note correct spelling of breaking 8-)

More clearly visible in this pic

So looks like Ferrari really couldn’t find anyone else 🤣

And Seidl has left Mclaren to join Audi (Sauber).

Was just looking at some of the new car leaks etc from twitter. A new rule this year that I’m unaware of is that the FIA is working towards making the cars lighter. So minimum weight is down by a whole 2kg to *drumroll* 796 kg.
So if we get this every year for 100 years the cars will be somewhat sensible again 😂

Specifically to apply to the racist Ver supporters, "clears total blockages" to apply to the 'strapon himself. Orange packaging is just a bonus to needle them. No average Dutch were harmed in the making of this comment.

We have the first car of 23

Besides the air inlets it is a pretty similar copy of last year’s Red Bull. I guess every car will want to copy the fastest though.

Yeah. The only thing is the top half of the car and the nose are painted/wrapped black if you look closely so probably not much difference compared to other more colourful teams.
Good to have a black car on the grid again, looks the most menacing.

Well that is the start of testing, que everyone saying the same things as every year

"the other team are favorites"

"they are sandbagging"

"you cannot draw any conclusions from the times"

Plus Ted getting excited over vanes and strakes!" :)

The coverage is slightly dull but proves what a spectacle F1 really is, you would never watch footballers kicking a ball around a cone or rugby players drinking in pub after all.

I still half-watch F1 if it is on, but I’m far more excited if I catch a Ginetta GT, Ginetta Juniors, or Porsche Carrera Cup race on the telly. :? Was really disappointed to see that the Ginetta series won’t form part of the support for BTCC this year.
