Biden is almost there and Trump can’t decide whether he wants the counting to stop or keep going.

Protests in Pennsylvania to stop the count and protests in Arizona to keep counting. Fun aside, Arizona is an open carry state so a lot of the protestors are visibly armed.

I'm just learning about 'faithless electors' for the first time. The people who make up the Electoral College can actually vote for a candidate other than the one who came top in their State election results... Such a crazy system in this day and age. :o

Yeah, I saw that yesterday. It's clear that a simple first past the post system wouldn't work for the US but the electoral college system is nonsensical in the first place and it's been gerrymandered to death over the last 30 or so years.

It's getting really close in some of the remaining states. Georgia was at about 18,000 votes difference in favour of Trump, but that's now down to 8,000 (98% counted). Both NC and PA have closed to <100k (95% and 93% respectively).

I wonder what happens if Trump wins, despite his assertions of wholesale fraud?

I assume he'll have the integrity to not accept or have the election re run?

He's gonna be in TV for the first time in knocking on two days in twenty minutes.

This aught to be good.

His son Eric's Twitter timeline is hilarious. Full of the worst conspiracy theory nonsense. The guys at Twitter are having a hard time keeping up with censoring it all!

Hahaha.

Trump schedules statement for half past the hour.

Is 15 minutes late.

Starts of with a barefaced lie.
MSNBC just cuts the feed and goes back to an interview they were doing...CNN rolls their eyes and slaps this on the chyron:

Fucking awesome.

It would take a monumental shift in momentum for Trump to win this now. I just hope Penn comes in for Biden soon and that's the end of it, but it would be nice if he won the other marginal states just to make it look more emphatic.
